BUILDING AN ENDURING LEGACY

The Community Hospice House Foundation
The Community Hospice House could not have been built without the dedication and generosity of many people in our communities. It is an example of what can be accomplished when diverse people come together and forge a compelling idea into reality. The success of the capital campaign that made the Hospice House possible is a testament to the faith that people have in Home Health & Hospice Care.
There are many reasons why people continue to donate to the Community Hospice House. Among them are:
- To memorialize a loved one
- To express appreciation for the care a loved one received
- To contribute to the financial security of the House so that others may benefit
- To help those who are financially needy.
- A single mother with young children
The Community Hospice House Foundation of Greater Nashua was established to promote and oversee an endowment fund, which is dedicated to securing the Hospice House's future by providing a steady, dependable income that will help those in need of the Community Hospice House's services.
The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity and is governed by a Board of Trustees. Funds are invested by a professional fiduciary organization.
There are numerous ways to make gifts to the Foundation, many of which provide an income tax deduction. To discuss the Community Hospice House Foundation and giving opportunities in more detail, please contact Tina Andrade, Director of Development at 603.882.2941, ext. 236.
