Community Clinics

Support groups and clinics are important methods through which Home Health & Hospice Care provides community benefits at little or no cost. Patient education and preventative health care are among medicine's most powerful tools in the treatment and prevention of illness. Community Health is a critical component of the agency's mission.

FLU CLINICS

Home Health & Hospice Care sponsors flu clinics for anyone at high risk of contracting influenza. The clinics are held in many different community centers for convenience, starting in October of each year. There is a fee for the vaccine, except for people covered by Medicare B, in which case, please bring your Medicare card for billing purposes.

FOOT CARE CLINICS

HHHC's Foot Care Clinics have become so popular that the agency currently offers 23 each month! At the clinics skilled professionals treat your feet to a soothing soak, nail cutting, moisturizing and clinical assessment. Diabetics and those with vascular disease are assessed on an individual basis. There is a $22 fee for the clinic service. Appointments are required.
