Grief is a normal and expected reaction to a loss. Allowing oneself to experience and express that grief is an important part of the healing journey.
We offer Journey Through Grief, a monthly support session for anyone grieving the death of a friend or loved one. At each session, different speakers share their insights about the grieving process, followed by small group discussion.
