SPRING WORKSHOPS

Walking Through Grief: Spring
April 21, 2022  |  2 hours

Join us in gathering together as we find comfort and connection at Beaver Brook. In this workshop, we will explore compassionate practices in the outdoors to support us in finding presence and healing amongst the ebb and flow of grief. Our time together will include gentle sharing, grief education, a hands-on outdoor project, and a closing ritual. Take some time to find solace in present-moment awareness in harmony with nature. Leave with new practices to integrate into your coming days. Register with Bereavement at 603-420-1919.

Coping with COVID-19 Loss (Virtual)
May 26, 2022  |  4:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m.
The pandemic has impacted the way we are able to be with one another in the face of death, dying, & grief. Whether your loved one died due to COVID-19 or your experience with grieving was significantly impacted by the pandemic, it can be helpful to process the loss of a loved one to COVID-19 with others. During our time together, we will explore ways in which COVID-19 loss impacts our grief, and gather virtually for a supportive ritual. Register with Bereavement at 603-420-1919.
