We appreciate your support and thank you for your generous contribution. Upon submitting the donation form, you will receive an email confirmation containing a charitable contribution tax receipt. Please contact us at 603-689-2953 if you do not receive an email receipt or if you would prefer a written acknowledgement/receipt mailed to you.
Donation Policy
If you have made an error in making your donation to Home Health & Hospice Care, we will honor your request for a refund made within 30 days of your donation.
To request a refund, call (603) 689-2953 or email denise.deroche@hhhc.org. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
