COVID-19 and Your Safety

Home Health & Hospice Care is dedicated to protecting the health and well-being of our patients, their families, our employees, and volunteers. You can feel secure in knowing that our clinicians are receiving daily up-to-date information and instruction regarding COVID-19 with the most current guidance from the CDC and the NH Department of Public Health.

Infection control is now and has always been at the heart of our work. You can feel secure in knowing our clinicians are equipped with the recommended preventive measures to minimize any exposure risk. We ask for your cooperation and flexibility at this challenging time as the demands on our staff may occasionally require adjustments in scheduling visits.

Community Hospice House Safety Precautions

We want to continue to provide access and best end of life care to our community, therefore we implemented additional infection control practices for the safety of our patients, families, and staff.

Please see our current Community Hospice House visitor policy here.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this time; we ask you to please take care of yourselves and each other.
